President & CEO
Jeff Apploff
Jeff doesn't just adapt formats — he creates them. Then he sells them, and stays on as executive producer.
In 2006 he created and executive produced Don't Forget the Lyrics! for FOX with Wayne Brady hosting. It has since been adapted in more than 25 countries; in France it is in its twelfth season and past 7,000 episodes. It went into US syndication in 2009 with Mark McGrath, and in 2021 Jeff resold an all-new version to FOX hosted by Emmy winner Niecy Nash.
In 2017 he created and executive produced Beat Shazam for FOX, hosted and executive produced by Academy Award, Grammy and Golden Globe winner Jamie Foxx — now in its eighth season and celebrating its 100th primetime episode this season. In 2023 he created and sold Lotería Loca, inspired by the Latin board game "Lotería," hosted by Jaime Camil.
His additional credits include We Are Family (Anthony Anderson), Mental Samurai (Rob Lowe), The Wheel (Michael McIntyre), Game of Talents (Wayne Brady), Boom! (Tom Papa), Million Dollar Money Drop (Kevin Pollak), Take Me Out (George Lopez) and Let's Ask America (Kevin Pereira).
Most recently he created Best Guess Live, Netflix's first live interactive mobile game show, and co-founded JAHM Studios with Hunter March — a sister venture making games with television DNA.
